Got health-e is a cross-platform consumer app set to disrupt the healthcare industry. This will be one of the first smart device standalone apps offered to consumers facilitating secure exchange of personal health records(PHRs) globally.
Got Health-e is also a preventive healthcare tool that allows families to manage CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ) Immunization schedules and ACS (American Cancer Society), cancer screening recommendations. Built in algorithms send alerts to devices based of patients' demographic information.
This breakthrough technology makes it possible to obtain and share health records swiftly with a smart device no matter where you are in the world. With Got Health-e, patients can begin taking ownership of all Personal Health Records (PHRs) permanently.
Consumers using the app may access any medical record -- from the routine medical chart, to test results, to megabyte-size radiological imaging files. Patients can obtain and upload records during health visits or request them via links to encrypted tunnel transfers. Imported files are encrypted and stored in a cloud repository, only accessible to the account holder.
Other Got Health-e app features include Telehealth/Telemedicine services that permits reimbursable real-time video communication between patients' and care providers.

-Length of subscription: Monthly
-Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
-Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
-Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, $1.99/Month for Standard and $4.99/Month for Premium
-Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
-Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable
